No. You do not need to be at home to have your bins cleaned. We clean your bins on your trash pickup day. As long as your can is at the curb, we'll clean it on your scheduled date.

We not only clean your cans, but we disinfect, sanitize and deodorize them as well. We use water temps of approximately 200 degrees fahrenheit which rids them 99.9% of bacteria, germs, and viruses. Additionally, we spray down the outside of the can including the parts most often touched such as the lid and handle. Our state-of-the-art system effectively reduces health hazards such as Tuberculosis, Strep, staph, E-Coli, Salmonella & Listeria.

Yes. We recommend cleaning both, due to bacteria, viruses, and germs that build up on both types of cans.

Click on the CLIENT LOGIN button on the right edge of this page. Next, click the SUBSCRIPTIONS tab that appears on the landing page. Under ACTIONS you'll see an UPDATE button. Click this button and follow the prompts to update your payment information.

Click on the CLIENT LOGIN button on the right edge of this page. Once you're logged in, you'll be taken to your profile where all of your orders will be displayed. Locate the order you need to pay. To the right of this order is a PAY link. Click this link. On the next page, click "Pay with Bank or Credit Card" which will already be ticked. Once you do this, the module will expand and you'll be able to add your updated credit card information. Follow the prompts to complete the process.

Once you place your order online or by calling our office, it goes to our scheduling department. You will get an email and/or text within 24 hours of placing your order confirming your visit date.

Each trash bin cleaning is different and therefore times can vary between each cleaning. You do not need to be present for services to be rendered and you typically receive a text message 10-20 minutes before we arrive.

Trash pickup schedules vary from week to week, therefore to ensure your bins are completely clear we clean the day after. The only day that this doesn't apply are Fridays.

Our goal is to completely clean each trash bin, however, some bins are beyond 100% cleaning due to solvents, chemicals, damage, and other scenarios in which we cannot remove all debris. Our team will work with you every step of the way to help you find a resolution should you run into this scenario. Please note no refunds will be issued once the truck arrives and service is performed.

There are only a few reasons that your visit will be refused. The first would be the detection of maggots without paying the additional maggot removal fee. The second would be any hazardous solvents, tars, or other present chemicals that potentially cause damage to humans or our cleaning equipment. We will work with you to help you get replacement bins and we will be glad to reschedule your cleaning to a later date. We do apologize, but no refunds will be issued for reasons listed above. If there is a situation that is unique, it will be handled on a case by case basis.
